Meet Lance & Mary Lira

Lance and Mary have been the owners of Nature’s Presence since 2022. They are the proud parents of two daughters and are actively involved in the Boerne community.

Lance and Mary enjoy hiking, off-shore fishing, and chasing sunsets in their jeep.

Nature’s Presence has been a cornerstone of wellness in Boerne since its founding by Dawn Marie Lake in November 2005.

The store became a pivotal part of Lance and Mary Lira’s life journey in 2007 when Mary was diagnosed with breast cancer. Mary chose to integrate natural supplements with her conventional treatment regimen under her doctor’s guidance.

Lance and Mary took ownership of Nature’s Presence in March of 2022. They celebrated the 20th anniversary of the store in November 2025 and Dawn Marie Lake was able to attend the celebration.
