Part-time Sales Associate & Cashier
Are you passionate about natural ingredients? Do you have a basic understanding about natural supplements? Do you enjoy learning about health, wellness, and want to help others by sharing your knowledge and experience? If so, we invite you to apply.

2) Stop by the Nature’s Presence store and request an application from the cashier or > Download it now.
NOTE: You do not need to purchase Adobe to fill out the application. Look for the link to download the application to your computer.  
3) Fill out the application and return it to the store cashier.  Your application will be thoroughly reviewed by Lance and Mary. You will be notified if they decide to move forward with an in-person interview.

Sales Associate Competencies
As a Nature’s Presence sales associate & cashier, we seek caring people who like to learn, and :
• Demonstrate Honesty and Integrity in All Interactions: We expect all staff to represent the store and products in a positive professional manner. Our associates are expected to provide customers with a caring “no-sales pressure” experience.
• Show Empathy and Respect Confidentiality: Demonstrating genuine concern for meeting customer health and wellness goals helps to build customer loyalty, trust, and repeat business. Customer needs may be sensitive to a condition, so all conversations should be held in confidence.
• Offer Accurate Product Knowledge: New associates should have a basic knowledge of natural supplements and food products. Associates will attend ongoing paid product training (online and in-person at the store) to learn about new store products or health food industry trends so that associates stay current and better meet evolving customer demands.
• Strive to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Being friendly, approachable, and attentive to customer needs is essential. We expect our sales associates to start conversations by actively listening and then assisting customers to locate best product options to fit their stated need.
• Learn to Operate Cash Registers: Delivering an accurate and quick checkout process is important.
• Have Good Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential to helping customers. We teach our associates how to accurately convey product information that is easy for customers to understand. We also use Google Translate on client phones to better serve non-English speaking customers.
 • Organizational Skills: All sales associates are assigned store cleaning shift duties. Keeping the store well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing ensures a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
• Be an Adaptable Team Player: Collaborating positively with colleagues ensures the store operates smoothly and enhances customer experience. We want people who enjoy being part of an active team supporting each other.
