Nature’s Presence Store Refund Policy

Supplements, sealed or opened, are eligible for return within 60 days with good reason (product doesn’t work, adverse reactions). All other products are eligible for return within 60 days of purchase if they are defective by the manufacturer.

You must have the original receipt or the receipt must be accessible in our store customer account purchase history.

Nature’s Presence does not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Special-order items 

  • Expired products, if the product expired while in customer possession

  • Clearance items – All clearance item sales are final. 

  • Gift cards – All gift card sales are final.

Note: All refunds on check purchases will be paid by store credit with a Nature’s Presence gift card or store credit on the customer account. There is no charge to receive this card or to use the value stored on the card.
